About 200 ml of clean drinking water, cold or at room temperature.

Roughly 25 g of Ibnsina Dextrose Monohydrate, Regular or Special.

It dissolves fully in seconds, with no clumps or residue.
What's inside
Dextrose Monohydrate. Purified, crystallized D-glucose from the hydrolysis of starch, not less than 99.5% on a dry basis.
A white, odourless crystalline powder, sweet to taste. Nothing else is added to the Regular pack. People with diabetes should ask a doctor before use. Always check the pack for the full statement.
